NIGHT OF THE BLACKBIRD
Moira Kellys life is in New York City. She and her partner produce a very popular travel show, which she hosts, and she has just started a new romance with a man who is perfect for her. Though she tries to avoid it, she travels to her familys pub and home in Boston for St. Patricks Day. She and her partner have even decided it might make a good episode for their show.
But Moira knows going home is trouble. She loves her family dearly, but things are mysterious at the pub. And to make matters worse, Dan OHara, an Irishman she spent years loving, is also visiting and stirring up dormant feelings.
Someone is up to no good and there is talk of terrorist groups using her fathers pub as a meeting place. As Moiras curiosity grows, someone seems determined to scare her off. And anyone could be involved: her former flame, her new love, her own brother, plus so many more
The talented Ms. Graham once again thrills us. She delivers excitement, romance and plenty of interesting little tidbits that keep the pages flipping quickly from beginning to end. (Oct., 384 pp., $6.99)
