NIGHT HUNTRESS
by Yasmine Galenorn

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Urban Fantasy

RT Rating

The focus swings back to shapeshifter Delilah as the next D'Artigo sister's adventure unfolds. It's the interplay and continued evolution of all the major characters that make this story so compelling. While Galenorn piles on the action and thrills, it's love in all its forms that moves this series forward.

Since becoming a Death Maiden and servant of the Autumn
Lord, half-fae Delilah has been ambivalent about her new ties and powers.

As the battle against the demon lord ShadowWing grows more intense -- now that he has one of the Spirit Seals -- Delilah, Camille and Menolly receive word about the possible location of the fourth Spirit Seal, but retrieving it will be extremely hazardous. Plus, Delilah's focus is a bit scattered because of issues with her human lover, Chase. Cryptic messages from the Autumn Lord about her future don't help either. (BERKLEY, Jan., 320 pp., $7.99)
