Ex-cop Jake Hayes became a recluse after he left his job. But a friend's wed-ding flushes him out of hiding and brings him to L.A. When he discovers a dangerous stalker is following his friend's sister-in-law, radio talk show host Kristen Carey, long-buried instincts kick in and Jake is once again on the job.
