In Once Upon a Seduction (3), by Jamie Sobrato, Skye Ellison has adopted the rule of opposites. Based on her history, if she is attracted to a man, she should run the other way. She was dumped by her con-man boyfriend, who stole her money. He also stole from his landlord, former racecar driver Nico Valletti, and Nico thinks that Skye was his accomplice. To clear her name and get her money back, she and Nico join forces to track the con man down. Since Skye isn't attracted to Nico, she thinks it's safe to be involved with him. This fun book has both good humor and an interesting premise. But the very happy ending is overdone, and the plot fizzles out at the end.
