Award-winning author Kathleen Eagle takes a loving and tough look at weddings, marriage and relationships in her latest offering. As always, the characters are real and true, which makes following their stories feel like you are visiting with new-found friends.

Despite her daughter's claim to only want a small wedding, Camille Delonga knows that inevitably the plans will start to take on a life of their own. Camille feels that Jordan is a bit young for marriage, but her daughter is determined. She's loved James Mayfield for years and now that he's finally realized she is no longer a child, Jordan is determined to follow her heart.

Several issues cloud the upcoming nuptials—one being the sudden breakup of James's parents, who are also dear friends of Camille's. Another is the participation of Camille's ex-husband Creed in the festivities. Despite their divorce, a spark still runs though their relationship. Weddings tend to bring out the best and worst in people and this one is certainly no exception.
