ONE COWBOY, ONE CHRISTMAS
ONE COWBOY, ONE CHRISTMAS (3) by Kathleen Eagle: Finding bull rider Zach Beaudry on her doorstep shocks teacher Ann Drexler. She hasn't seen him since their one-night stand years ago. Zach's suffering from exposure and needs some care, which Ann gladly provides. But having Zach stay and help out around the place while he's waiting for his broken-down pickup to be fixed is a challenge to Ann's peace of mind. Their chemistry is still strong, but Zach has no plans to settle down. Likable characters and the playful intimacy that develops between them are the strongest aspects of this story, but it's marred somewhat by a slow pace.
