ONE MAN'S FAMILY
by Brenda Harlen

Genre: Series

RT Rating

Convinced of her brother's innocence, nurse Alicia Juarez hires P.I. Scott Logan to find evidence to overturn his five-year jail sentence. Scott has precious little to go on, but someone's unhappy with the turn of events -- and not above threatening Alicia to keep her silent. This brings out Scott's protective side, and soon he's involved in her life. But a relationship is out of the question. Alicia's the forever kind, and Scott thinks he's incapable of giving her what she needs. Brenda Harlen continues Logan's Legacy Revisited with One Man's Family (4), an engaging story with plenty of action and a genuine spark between the characters.
