ONE NIGHT STAND
Shades of the movies Fatal Attraction and Single White Female! This is one terrifying book. Zaria will chill you with her paranoid/schizophrenic murderous behavior. The term “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” definitely describes her. Meanwhile, Hardy is a flat-out, no-guilt womanizer who does not care about the damage he is doing to his family. This is a mesmerizing but nightmare-inducing story that you’ll want to read in one sitting.
Zaria has major issues: a love/hate relationship with her roommate, a horrible childhood and she is looking for and seeing love in all the wrong places. The ultimate stalker, orders of protection just incite her to create more mayhem. When she sets her sights on the new teacher at her school, she’s barking up the wrong tree. Not only is Hardy married with a child, he is the “hit it and quit it” type. When he rejects her after a night of wild sex in his truck, Zaria goes on a murderous rampage.
