RT Rating

Griggs masterfully selects scriptures to set the tone for each chapter. The well-rounded characters are authentic, compelling and dynamic. Vivid dialogue harmonizes with the pace as the battle between righteousness and wickedness unfolds. This latest installment in the Blessed Trinity series is an excellent read.

Gabrielle is a virgin when her roommate’s father seduces her. Nearly nine years later, she begs for his help to save the life of their daughter. Lawrence is a married politician, a member of the deacon board, and extremely ruthless in protecting his re-election bid. A child he’s never known is a liability. Lawrence unleashes his henchman on anyone loyal to the now-saved Gabrielle. (DAFINA, Aug., 320 pp., $15.00)
