PARADISE RULES
by Beth Kery

Genre: Erotic Romance, Romantic Suspense

RT Rating

Kery creates tension by weaving together a mystery and a happily-ever-after love story. Light spanking and bondage are handled well in the relationship.

Lana Rodriguez, a successful blues singer, has hidden her Hawaiian roots and only reluctantly agrees to vacation on the island. Her trip goes from bad to worse when she meets Jason Koa, a local celebrity and every woman's dream -- except Lana's. Still, they can't deny the passions they arouse
in each other.

Their vacation getaway becomes mired in scandal when compromising pictures of Lana and Jason surface. With unwavering support from Jason and his family, Lana heals the emotional wounds that her trip and the photos reopen. In the process, the two discover a deep and abiding love. Other than the sex scenes

Other than the sex scenes there isn't much to recommend this book. Lana spends most of her energy running away from her relationship with Jason, which got old fast. The ending was a big disappointment-after reading page after page of her conflicting emotions she returns to NYC with a vague promise from both of them that they'll get together again.
