PART-TIME FIANCÉ

Genre: Series, Harlequin Romance, Current Series Imprints

2004 Best Harlequin Romance Nominee

RT Rating

Delainey Hodges' first home unfortunately comes with nosy neighbor Sam Wagner. Unemployed and seemingly
lacking in ambition, Sam is constantly invading her space. When he helps with some electrical repairs, Delainey suggests he apply for a business start-up loan through her bank. Though his response is initially lukewarm, she's flummoxed to find him pestering her at work before long. But Sam has more to offer than Delainey thinks. Leigh Michaels' ability to slowly unfurl the details of a mystery is PART-TIME FIANCE's (4) true appeal. The heroine's mistaken perception
of her hero as a "loser" also adds
some amusement.
