Book Review

by Stacia Kane

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Urban Fantasy

RT Rating

Kane's clever story is packed with supernatural action and unique characters. The heroine has made some powerful enemies in the past, and they return with a vengeance. She also has a nice love interest going, and it zings with sexual tension. Surprises throughout keep tension high and the pages turning as it all comes to a satisfying conclusion.

Megan Chase has a doctorate in counseling psychology and she hosts a popular radio show, promising
listeners she'll slay their personal demons. When the station sets her
up for publicity, they want her to be known as Dr. Demon Slayer. She's
not happy about it and neither are
the real demons. They think she's out
to get them and they plan on getting her first. Then Greyson Dante shows
up and offers his protection. She
knows she needs help, but Dante is
a demon himself. Can she really trust him?(JUNO, Apr., 304 pp., $6.99)
