P.I. DADDY’S PERSONAL MISSION
P.I. DADDY’S PERSONAL MISSION (4.5) by Beth Cornelison: This is a heartwarming and engaging continuation of the Walshes and Coltons saga. P.I. and single dad Peter Walsh is trying to find out who murdered his father. His son’s teacher, Lisa Navarre, is worried about Patrick’s recent behavior. Soon they’re investigating the murder, but neither thinks it will lead to romance since Peter can’t stand to lose another person he loves and Lisa can’t have children, a fact that ended her first marriage. The characters are real and interesting, the mystery sharply drawn and the romance will melt readers’ hearts as it becomes obvious that not just their happiness, but that of the child, hangs in the balance.
