THE PILOT'S WOMAN

RT Rating

In The Pilot's Woman (4.5), by Ann Roth, pilot D.J. Hatcher and out-of-work teacher Liza Miller fight their attraction every step of the way. Neither is ready for a relationship, yet despite job problems and family issues, Liza and D.J. can't stay away from each other. Like Roth's All I Want for Christmas, this title is also set on Halo Island. It's great to get to spend more time on the island with familiar secondary characters as the budding romance brings a new perspective to the island. This story is a perfect example of what makes the Harlequin Americans so enjoyable: It's a romantic romp in a beautiful location with an entire community to fall in love with!
