PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES: THE GRAPHIC NOVEL
by Seth Grahame-Smith, Jane Austen, Cliff Richards

Genre: Comics/Graphic Novels/Manga, Graphic Novel

RT Rating

Funny, addictive and highly endearing … in that zombie-loving kind of way!

A black-and-white pictorial of Austen’s classic story, but with zombies as the foes. England is overrun with the dead rising from the grave. Zombies are everywhere! The Bennets have been raised to face life’s challenges — needlepoint, etiquette and swordplay. When the girls aren’t fighting zombies, they act like ordinary ladies of their day contemplating husbands, romance, love and the fate of their community … or at least Elizabeth is. She’s a ninja-style fighter who can still spar with Mr. Darcy and fall in love. (DEL REY, May, 176 pp., $14.99, Graphic Novel, ISBN: 9780345520685)
