PRIVATE PASSIONS
by Rochelle Alers

Genre: Contemporary Romance, Multicultural

RT Rating

Political analyst Emily Kirkland is trying to push forward with her career even though it seems everyone is against her. Everyone, that is, except Christopher Delgado, the one man she has loved for most of her life.

Senator Delgado has a lot to sort out. His long time love for Emily. Facing his absent biological father. And the upcoming election where he hopes to become Governor of New Mexico. Emily and Chris have fought their love for as long as they can remember but now Chris realizes he just might lose Emily forever if he doesnt take that first step.

PRIVATE PASSIONS is complete with a political side as well as a touch of intrigue. The characters have depth, a strong sense of compassion and loyalty, and love for their careers. This story is about doing the right thing, even though its not always easy. A fine book! (Jan., 333 pp., $5.99)
