A PROMISE AT BLUEBELL HILL
by Emma Cane

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

Cane brings readers back to Valentine Valley, Colo., where romance abounds. Charming characters, a solid plot and a fun narrative are the highlights of this story. In several scenes there is a lot going on all at once, which gets confusing to the reader, but overall it’s an enjoyable read.

From the moment florist Monica Shaw lays eyes on handsome, aloof secret service agent Travis Beaumont, she is captivated. He’s in town along with the rest of his security team preparing for the President of the United States’ arrival for his son’s wedding. Travis can’t stop thinking about Monica, but he has a job to do. When Monica’s activist background is revealed, Travis is on alert. A planned protest that Monica is involved in has her torn between being truthful with Travis or being loyal to her cause.
