A PROMISE FOR SPRING
by Kim Vogel Sawyer

Genre: Inspirational, Historical Romance

RT Rating

This talented author delivers an uplifting story. Sawyer treats readers to love stories that speak to the heart. Her characters are written in a positive way but with their weaknesses out in the open.

In 1874, Emmaline Bradford fears she's made a big mistake by leaving England for Kansas. But she's a dutiful daughter and did as her father demanded. When she was just a girl she promised to marry Geoffrey Garrett after he was established on his ranch. She and Geoffrey come to an agreement: If she still wishes to return to England after one year, he will pay for her passage home with no hard feelings. Will Emmaline come to love her new life, or will she return to England and her father's ire? The couple has to put their faith in God, knowing He has a plan for them both.
