Readers will feel for Lia as
she tries to unravel a mysterious prophecy and her place in it while balancing family, friends and a relationship. Unfortunately, awkwardly formal
dialogue and unbelievable coincidences distract from what could have been a great book.

When a strange mark appears on 16-year-old Lia's wrist after her father's death, she and her twin sister Alice become caught up in an ancient prophecy that has turned generations of sisters against each other. Spiritualists, old books, a medallion and astral projection all play their parts as Lia tries to end the prophecy before chaos reigns.
