by Patrick E. Craig

Genre: Inspirational, Mainstream

RT Rating

Craig’s new Apple Creek Dream series focuses on the Amish and the amazing quilts they make. The characters are written with their flaws out there for readers to see, looking to change their lives for the better. This is a wonderful story filled with hope, faith and the chance at redemption.

Jerusha Springer only wants to enter her quilt into the Quilt Fair in Dalton, Ohio. She hopes to use her winnings to get out of Apple Creek and away from all the memories and pain. Then a snowstorm causes her car to crash. As Jerusha is fighting for her life, she stumbles upon a little girl also in a crash and has to focus her strength on this angel. When the elements become too much, she relives her past through her memories, and realizes she needs people to forgive her. Can she muster enough courage to do what she must to outwit the storm of the century, or will the fates conspire against her? (HARVEST HOUSE, Feb., 305 pp., $13.99)
