A promising storyline is never fully developed in the latest installment of the Incognito series. The action holds the reader's attention, but the romance between the protagonists is lackluster. The heroine is insipid and clingy, while the hero is needy and obsessive. More attention to the characters' development and their interactions with each other is needed.

Hunter Savage has worked his way up in the Network, a clandestine government organization. He'll do everything in his power to bring in the mastermind criminal known as the Black Pope. But when a simple retrieval mission goes awry, Hunter must risk his life to rescue a fellow agent, his sister.
