RESCUED BY A RANCHER
by Mindy Neff

Genre: Series

RT Rating

With her 30th birthday approaching and no Prince Charming on the horizon, socialite Tracy Lynn Randolph decides to start a family anyway—through artificial insemination. News of her pregnancy, however, triggers a heart attack in her father. Desperate to help ease his recovery, Tracy Lynn agrees to cattle rancher Lincoln Slade's solution of a temporary marriage. Fans of Mindy Neff 's Texas Sweethearts series will enjoy RESCUED BY A RANCHER (2), but this is a weak series read, lacking Neff's trademark humor. The book also relies heavily on melodrama, which masks a rather threadbare plot. There is also a dubious twist involving the pregnancy.
