RESURRECTION
by Arwen Elys Dayton

Genre: Science Fiction, General Science Fiction

RT Rating

In her second novel, rising star Arwen Elys Dayton switches between a not-so-distant future and ancient Egypt. After reducing the Kinley race to five percent of their population and keeping them planet-bound for five thousand years, the non-human Lucien have decided to completely exterminate their enemy.

Sentinel Pruits mission is to find Earth and retrieve the faster-than-light technology crystals an ancient survey team left behind and that her people now so desperately need to escape the Lucien. When she gets to Earth, she finds an active rescue beacon pointing to a buried chamber where the ships crew awaits their RESURRECTION.

The suspense and adventure are turned up to high in this story! Ms.
Dayton deftly handles the juxtaposition of two timelines, three species and
three planets, weaving them into a heart-pounding climax. (Jun., 384 pp., $7.00)
