Book Review

This book is laugh-out-loud funny. A charming mixture of sarcastic banter, romance and intense bicycle riding makes this a great read. The only flaw is that the backstory is a bit contrived, however, the realistic settings across the United States more than makes up for this. Readers will really feel like they are on their bikes, riding along with this couple.

Tom is running — well, bicycling — away from his past. Looking to bike across America on the TransAmerica Trail, his sister finds him a riding partner, Alex. When they meet, Tom is surprised to discover that Alex is a woman — and a sexy one at that. When this antisocial bachelor gets suck with bubbly, social butterfly Alex what else can be in store but fireworks? (LOVESWEPT, Feb., dl., $2.99)
