RIVER ROAD
by JoAnn Ross

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance

RT Rating

On a four-week suspension from the FBI over his treatment of a serial killer suspect, agent Finn Callahan decides to head home to Blue Bayou, LA for some rest. Blue Bayou mayor Nate Callahan sees Finn's exile as a fortuitous development after a visiting television crew requests a bodyguard for star Julia Summers. The cable drama "River Road" is planning on shooting its season finale at the newly restored Beau Soleil mansion.

Julia's producers are insistent that she have a bodyguard because of an obsessive fan. She and Finn are polar opposites, and though he drives Julia crazy, she must
admit he's sexy as hell. But any relationship between them will be non-existent if Julia's "fan" has anything to say about it.

Those sexy Callahan brothers are back in the second book of award-wining author JoAnn Ross's new trilogy. Julia and Finn are like oil and water, but it sure makes for highly entertaining reading—this is major fun! (Sep., 371 pp., $6.99)
