ROCKY MOUNTAIN LAWMAN (4) by Rachel Lee: A law enforcement officer for the Forest Park Service, Craig Stone is content with his solitary life. For him, what’s important is preserving the public forest land and protecting those who use them. Artist Skylar Jamison came to the wilderness for some quality time to paint and heal. Craig steps in to help make things right when she is harassed by a local resident and discovers there’s a deeper problem brewing. A sympathetic lone ranger and a vulnerable, emotionally-bruised artist are at the center of this very sweet story. Solid writing, a steady plot and a tender romance all make for a good read.
