ROOM SERVICE

Author(s):
TV producer Emma Harris is sure she can be successful without compromising her high values. After three failed TV shows, she has one last chance to succeed -- by getting chef Jacob Hill to be the star of a cooking show. Jacob runs Amuse Bouche at the Hush Hotel and is contemptuous of TV chefs, but Emma is another matter. Room Service (4.5) by Jill Shalvis stars two characters who are well developed, very attractive and have a passionate relationship. Two interesting romantic subplots add to the enjoyment but never overshadow the developing passion between Emma and Jacob.
