The author is able to tell a touching tale in very few pages. When Ciar unwillingly starts to forget the heroine, Sabine, because of a witch’s spell, the reader will tear up at the strength and courage the Sabine shows. An engaging read with heart-wrenchingly loyal characters and inventive love scenes made hotter by of the long absence between Ciar and Sabine.

After several years at war, Ciar, the High Lord of the Forest finds his intended mate gone from court and his subjects unable to remember the lovely Sabine. Ciar immediately shifts into his wolf form in order to track her down. When he does eventually find her, Sabine tells him that a witch's spell has erased Sabine from everyone’s memories. Fearing that it is only a matter of time before Ciar forgets her as well, the couple races back to the court to find the witch who cursed her, but too soon Ciar’s memories of Sabine and their time together begins to fade making Sabine think that their love is fated to fade as well.
