Those familiar with the drama in this series will not be disappointed. While Billingsley doesn’t describe the characters physically, which makes it difficult to picture them, she does a great job of recapping storylines from previous books so that all readers are up to speed.

Rachel Jackson Adams is the mother of two children and she’s pregnant with a third. What should be a happy and exciting time is filled with stress due to the pregnancy of her husband’s former mistress. Rachel’s brother Jonathan continues to struggle with his homosexuality. These ongoing troubles threaten Rachel’s relationships with everyone she knows. (GALLERY, Jul., 288 pp., $14.00)
