TO SCOTLAND, WITH LOVE
by Karen Hawkins

Genre: Historical Romance
Sensuality: HOT
Setting: Regency Scotland

RT Rating

The mayhem continues as Hawkins brings another hardheaded MacLean brother and a sassy miss together in a sensual battle of the sexes. Her humor, intelligent characters and story are simply delightful.

It's said the MacLean men are gifted with special talents, and when they love it's with a grand passion. Lord Gregor MacLean is no exception. When he hears that his best friend, Venetia Ogilvie, has been abducted by a fortune hunter and is headed for Scotland, he rushes after the couple.

Practical Venetia has no intention of wedding the insipid Lord Ravencroft, who used a ruse to lure her to the border. Stranded in a local inn by a blizzard, she hopes Gregor comes to her rescue. He does, and long-buried feelings emerge as they're snowbound
with a group of unique characters and Venetia begins meddling (à la Emma) in their lives -- little realizing that the very man who arouses her passions and is in love with her is right under her nose. (Pocket, Sep., 356 pp., $6.99)
