RT Rating

Jennifer Anderson is in the midst of a rare crying jag when Commander Chance Barnett Connelly decides that he, too, must escape the crowded party. A few moments on a balcony together, and their two lonely lives will be irrevocably altered. Maureen Child's well-written THE SEAL'S SURRENDER (3) emphasizes the comfort, strength, and support that romantic love can bring, but it is difficult to reconcile Chance's adamant choice of a dangerous job with his newfound commitment to a woman and her child.
