Caroline Carlington makes a reluctant, though necessary, visit to her estranged father, the Duke of Longville. Now that he is to remarry, there is something Caroline must tell him—and it just might change the Duke's plans.

On her journey, Caroline sparks the interest of Anthony Norville, Viscount Frayne. Anthony is hesitant to act on his feelings, however, since his sister is betrothed to Caroline's father. Not your traditional love story, A Season for Love is the tender tale of two families blending together, despite gossip and trials, and managing to find deep and abiding love.

Though mystery and intrigue shrouded the story at times, this is a wonderful read. The storytelling alone captured my attention right from the start. (Feb., 224 pp., $4.99)
