When private detective Pierce Harding waits outside the radio station, hoping
to catch a glimpse of sultry late-night DJ Georgia Lamont, he discovers her on-air persona does not match her quieter, homespun personality. But Pierce falls for the real Georgia as he helps her discover the identity of the obsessive fan who vows to claim her after giving her a dozen red roses. Multiple plot threads involving Georgia's listeners weaken C. J. Carmichael's Seattle After Midnight (3), but the love story is strong and the stalker plot suspenseful.
