It's good to see two strong but imperfect protagonists find perfection with each other. This historical with paranormal overtones features passionate love scenes that are frequent and inventive, but still tender. Readers
will enjoy the dominant protagonist who requires a submissive spouse
in the bedroom but supports her
confident nature outside of their
sexual encounters.

Baron Eaduin Kempe requests the services of a healer at the abbey closest to his holdings. When introduced to Lady Verite de Sauigni, he feels a reluctant desire for the sheltered woman. But since Verite has not taken vows, she can only accompany Eaduin if she accepts his offer of marriage. Unbeknownst to Eaduin, she has seen him before. Years earlier, Verite spied him with his then lover and wished to share a sexual encounter with the dominant male.

After Verite and Eaduin's wedding is consummated, danger lurks from a familiar source. Verite's father has accused her of witchcraft as a punishment for not aiding his cause, and Eaduin must fight to save the woman he loves. (ELLORASCAVE.COM, dl $7.99)
