Chris Snow, in the company of his genetically-enhanced dog, girlfriend and best friend, Orson, Sasha and Bobby respectivly, are all back and braving the dangers which surround Moonlight Bay, CA.

The old military base Fort Wyvern, that is supposedly closed, is still a source of evil that threatens the entire world. The retro-virus first developed by Chris's scientist mother to help find a cure for his Xeroderma Pigmentosum or XP has dangerously mutated. Now, spreading among both animals and humans, it is threatening to wreak havoc on a biblical scale.

If that isn't enough, there is suddenly another danger lurking in the night -- small children are being abducted. When Lily, and ex-flame of Chris, finds her young son stolen from his bedroom, the gang springs into action. If only they could figure out where and why these children are being taken.

The night belongs to Chris but will he be able to get to the bottom of this mystery before there are deadly consequences?
