Three months ago, just as her career was about to take off, violinist Angie Cornell crushed her hand in a horrendous car accident. Deciding that she has sufficiently wallowed in self-pity, her two best friends, Maggie and Rachel, decide to cheer her up one evening. They drink just enough to get tipsy when Rachel, a kitchen witch, decides to try her time-travel spell. Well, wonder of wonders, it works, and they find themselves in France, 1774.

In a case of mistaken identity, Angie is immediately married to Lucien Montfalcon. Needing to gather her thoughts, she plays along, knowing that her friends will do all they can to rescue her from this situation. The fact that Lucien is absolutely gorgeous doesnt hurt either. What Angie doesnt know is that Lucien is a musician. Will that help the situation or hurt it? Only time will tell.

This delightfully amusing time travel was a fun read. Several scenes were absolutely hilarious! Highly recommended. (dl $3.00, dk $5.50)
