by Jennifer Bernard

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance

RT Rating

Bernard’s trademark quick wit and sizzling love scenes are blended throughout the latest in her Bachelor Firemen series. Readers will love the main characters — two strong-willed individuals — and the entertaining cast of returning characters. This is a perfect addition to the series.

Sabina Jones has a firm rule against dating colleagues — until new chief Rick Roman comes to her firehouse to help shape it up. Rick knows it’s against policy for him and Sabina to be together, but he just can’t seem to remember that whenever he gets near her. But Rick is tasked with keeping the station out of the tabloids, and Sabina is hiding a secret that could really cause a media fire. (AVON, Feb., 384 pp., $5.99)
