Sara Kinsale wants to be a tabloid photographer and agrees to get pictures of the royal family in the country of Kamtansin while she is there with her father, who is negotiating a very sensitive oil deal. But she is arrested after taking just a few pictures and thrown into jail on espionage charges. When Sheikh Kharun bak Samin learns the American prisoner's identity, he decides that the only way to preserve the oil negotiations is to marry her. Sara agrees and the two soon realize that they share a powerful attraction. Barbara McMahon's THE SHEIKH'S PROPOSAL (4) is a delightful romance with two charming characters. The story is wonderful and the dialogue natural and snappy, which gives it a realistic feeling.
