This amazing book is a fitting end to Hunt's incredible Fairlawn series. Even though it's sad in places, the author provides the right amount of humor to temper the sorrow. Themes of forgiveness and family abound.

Jennifer Graham is almost ready to take the exam to become fully certified to run the funeral home she inherited. She's been doing well raising her two boys and working alongside Gerald Huffman.

When Gerald becomes ill, Jen decides to contact the daughter he hasn't seen or talked to in years. The situation doesn't turn out as anyone imagines it will, and they must all learn how to adapt to the changes in their lives. (TYNDALE, Mar., 340 pp., $13.99)
