Genre: Fantasy, General Fantasy

RT Rating

The death of a powerful sea captain signals changes both large and small, as his son-in-law takes possession of the family ship and turns it into a slaver. But this is no ordinary ship, and the consequences of his actions are far-reaching indeed, as different family members try to cope with their changed circumstances. But the greatest enigma of all surrounds the sea serpents, who only know that somewhere, sometime they will find She Who Remembers ... Although a more concise edit would have made it easier for readers to get through the extensive set-up, fans will be totally hooked by the time they reach the intriguing ending.
