In The Sign Painter, Bunn brings readers into the heart of humanity — helping those who cannot help themselves. Amy and her daughter are believable characters. This novel moves quickly with twists and turns along the way that keep readers excited and engaged.

Soon after her husband dies, leaving her unable to keep up with the mounting bills, Amy Dowell and her daughter become homeless. After living on the street for 18 months, they catch a break at a church shelter. However, just outside of their new home and employment lurks something dangerous and evil.
