SILENT FALL
by Barbara Freethy

Genre: Romantic Suspense, General Romantic Suspense
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

Picking up where last month's Silent Run left off, this novel throws Dylan Sanders' life into chaos. That both protagonists were introduced in the previous book helps this one take off running. Freethy keeps the heat and pressure on!

Dylan's life falls apart during his brother Jake's wedding reception, when Erica Layton, a woman who provided explosive information for one of Jake's newspaper exposes, approaches him. After following Erica into the woods to talk, Dylan wakes up the following morning, having been drugged, and learns that he's the prime suspect in Erica's disappearance.

Psychic Catherine Hilliard, who also attended the wedding, had a premonition about Dylan and realizes that she's about to be caught up in the danger surrounding him. What happened to Erica, and who is trying to destroy Dylan? Catherine must delve deep into the past and trust her visions if they are to survive. (ONYX, Apr., 416 pp., $7.99)
