by Judith Miller

Genre: Inspirational, Historical Romance

RT Rating

The second book in the Home to Amana series has an excellent balance of amazing characters and careful research. The 1880s Amana Colonies come to life in this romance.

Jancey Rhoder loves her parents and would do anything for them, even pick up and move with them to the Amana Colony in Iowa where her mother once lived. When they arrive at Amana, she decides to take one day at a time and be there for her parents’ sake. Her suitor, Nathan Woodward, tries to convince her to return to the city. Will the simple and charming colony find a way into Jancey’s heart and the outside world become a distant memory, or will the complications of the world pull her away from the only family she has?
