When Chloe becomes station manager of KTEX TV, she gives up on any sort of love life. Failing the sex appeal quiz she takes for fun touches a raw nerve, so she decides to dress up and at least try to look sexy when attending a charity party.

Of course, this leads to a sexual encounter with a stranger that ends abruptly. A case of mistaken identity has Chloe believing her "stranger"—in reality, Sterling Prescott, CEO of Prescott Media—is Trey, a mere employee. Now Sterling's brother, Ben, has challenged him to make KTEX TV a success without revealing who he really is. Can Sterling do this and at the same time convince Chloe he's a good guy?

This second book in Lee's Sexy series is as fast-moving and fun to read as Suddenly Sexy. It's a pleasure to be reacquainted with many characters from the first book, and the set-up for book three is skillfully done. (Oct., 368 pp., $6.99)
