Heartsick by the death of her twin, a teacher travels to the town where the accident occurred and is shocked by the negative feelings others have toward her sister. While seeking answers, she feels an attraction for the virile disaster manager aiding her. But can she find happiness in the place where her sister knew only sorrow? Despite well-developed characters and strong interplay, C.J. Carmichaels A SISTER WOULD KNOW (2) falls flat in places.
