SMALL-TOWN SECRETS (4.5) by Debra Webb: Dana Hall needs the Colby Agency's help to solve the 16-year-old murder of her twin sister. Investigator William Spencer takes Dana back to her childhood home to fill in the gaps in her memory and find the killer, but he is stonewalled on every front. Someone in the tiny town doesn't want Dana to remember what happened that night, while a vicious pack of former classmates once again tries to make her life miserable. With little to go on except a child's broken memories, Dana is terrified she might be the one they're searching for. Webb sharply explores a small town's dark side and brilliantly twists emotions until there's nothing to wring out.
