by Annie Jones

Genre: Inspirational, Contemporary Romance

RT Rating

Nicolette Dorsey knows the pain one mistake can cause. She thought that shed gotten on with her life, but every- thing changes when she and her sisters return to Persuasion, Alabama for a Christmas celebration. But this visit wont be like the ones in years previous, thanks to the new minister in townSam Moss.

There was a time when Sam loved Nicolette, but he broke her heart. Hes returned to Persuasion, for a couple of reasons, one of them being Nic. But can he win her back when she has other plans and a town full of gossips are trying to push him out?

Wonderful expressions and humor punctuate the pages of this sensitive novel. Great take-away value with a beautiful metaphor enhances the story, but be warned, it takes forever for someone to finish a thought
or sentence in this family-filled tale, which eventually slows the pacing. (July, 350 pp., $11.99)
