SO I MARRIED A DEMON SLAYER
Clever writing and amusing characters can’t offset lack of plot. Love’s story comes to a screeching halt with no wrap-up. Fox and George make a game try, but not enough to hold readers’ interest.
Love’s “Hot!” has a supermodel who has sold her soul to the devil. An aspiring photographer is determined to save her with the help of government agents working undercover in the mailroom of the demon-run fashion magazine. In “What Slays in Vegas” by Fox, a half-human succubus wakes up hungover in a Vegas hotel room to find that she’s married to a demon slayer. Librarian Bunny is “The Bride Who Wore Demon Dust” when her wedding is trashed by demons who inhabit the photographer’s body and exert control over the wedding guests in George’s tale.
