Beautiful Elle Ransom has been in love with Brennan Cunningham III for a couple of years. When he finally asks her out, shes elated. But then, just as quickly, Brennan disappears from her life, unknowingly leaving a pregnant Elle behind. She still loves him very much and doesnt understand why he left.
Brennan had grown up in a household where he was given plenty of money and yet received very little love. Now as an adult, he feels incapable of offering love toward another individual. But the stunning Elle Ransom is doing more to his heart that he believed possible.

When he learns that she is pregnant with his child, Brennan insists they marry for the childs sake. But it remains to be seen as to whether this couple can make it for the long haul.

This is one story I will not soon forget. Jacquelin Thomas has a unique ability to write about characters with very different traits and personalities. Her cold-hearted villainess is one readers will love to hate. (Dec., 288 pp., $5.99)
