Cutter Smith, an operative with the secret OMEGA agency, tails Mallory Dawes to France. She's suspected of being a link to a criminal who's perpetrated massive international identity theft. Mallory wants some anonymity
in Europe after the tabloid coverage of her sexual-harassment trial against her congressman boss. When Cutter and Mallory "coincidentally" meet, their attraction is immediate. But when lies and half-truths are revealed, what will be left of this budding relationship? Merline Lovelace's Stranded With a Spy (4) is a fast-paced suspense story that leads this couple through a circular maze of secrets right back to where they started. There's some intriguing interplay with a couple of secondary characters who we hope will soon get a story of their own.
